RATES:
Although the East Wing has sufficient bedroom accommodation for 2 couples plus cot, we are able to offer an additional bedroom - the Shapland & Petter bedroom - for parties who may prefer a little more space.
If you wish to add the third bedroom please allow for the additional weekly supplement.

Short breaks are available during low and Medium season
70% of full weekly price
3 day weekend break (Friday 4pm to Monday 10am)

FACILITIES AND SERVICES:
Rental inclusive of electricity. Heating is supplied to all rooms, with under-floor heating in the shower room.
Duvets (please let us know if you prefer sheets and blankets) and towels provided (please bring beach towels).
Cot, high chair, stair gate, Wi Fi broadband access.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is taken at the time of booking for each week, with the outstanding balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for short breaks.
Please note that no monies can be refunded in the event of a cancellation, unless the property is re-let so we advise guests to ensure that they have holiday travel insurance to afford some financial protection in this regard.
Payment methods:
Cheque or on-line bank transfer.
DAMAGE:
Breakages or damage incurred to the property will be charged for.
PARKING:
There is ample car parking available in the private East Wing driveway.
CHANGEOVER TIMING:
Start dates are Fridays. Please get in touch if you require an alternative day.
The East Wing is available from 4pm onwards. Please vacate by 10am.
DOGS: By prior arrangement.
The East Wing is unsuitable for children under 8 years, except pre-crawling babies. A cot and high chair are available.
